Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who operate a business, including sole traders, company owners, partners, or other business entities. Employees and immediate family members of AS Good NZ are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the online survey by 11:59pm NZT on Friday 17 October 2025. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize

One eligible entrant will be randomly drawn to receive a $150 NZD cash prize. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The prize draw will take place on or before Friday 24 October 2025. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey within five business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, AS Good NZ reserves the right to draw a replacement winner. The winner’s name will be published on the AS Good NZ website and/or social media channels for transparency.

5. Prize Delivery

The $150 prize will be delivered via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. AS Good NZ is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect contact or payment details provided by entrants.

6. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used exclusively for administering the survey and prize draw, and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy (link to be added).

7. General Conditions

AS Good NZ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, cancel the draw, or disqualify any entrant who does not comply. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Acceptance

By completing the survey, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
